Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Noah Schlosser Media, LLC. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds, emphasizing our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 1 to 2 weeks to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. We only ship to the United States.
Shipping Origin
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company (Printful) with facilities worldwide.
Track an Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line on our Contact page.
Recommended Steps When an Order Has Not Arrived
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us by visiting our Contact page with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we recommend re-ordering with the correct address. You will be responsible for the entire cost of the re-order.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if the package was unclaimed, it will be returned to the default return address. This means that items will be sent back to the Printful facility that sent them out. Printful charges shipping costs for reshipments. Returns of this type must be claimed within 30 days or they will be donated to charity.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake in manufacture, damage in transit, or mistake in labeling.
Buyer-Initiated Returns and Refunds
Returns
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, except in the case of incorrect, mislabeled or damaged goods. No returns are offered for buyer’s remorse over size, color, fit, quality, etc. If items are mislabeled or damaged, please let us know by visiting our Contact page. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We may ask for additional information from you about your order.
Eligibility and Timeframe
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same mislabeled or damaged condition as received. Customers have 30 days from receipt of order to initiate a return.
Refund Process
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive incorrect items, mislabeled items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please submit a message on our Contact page. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We may ask for additional information from you about your order.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by Printful when the return is due to a mistake in manufacture, damage in transit, or mistake in labeling.
